I have started to cover all kinds of found boxes.Getting ready to put handmade brooches and gifts inside for the holiday season.
I save every one I get.
These include 2 that held smudge pots of blush. One that held a necklace from Japan. The Savon du Nord box is one I made from scratch.
I covered them with ledger paper, an old photo, copy only, and a torn page from a book.
I do keep the rest simple, maybe a twist of ribbon, a button, some glitter, silver leaf on the Paris box.
More next time.

These are lovely, Lilla! I still cherish the box I received from you in the swap (and the tiny box inside, too... and the matchbox)!
